LEARN John & Kathy Schreiber Campus (formerly LEARN?9 Waukegan) serves students from Kindergarten through 8th grade in Waukegan, Illinois. Established in 2015, this tuition-free public charter school emphasizes college-preparatory education built on LEARN’s five core values: critical thinking, multicultural awareness, academic rigor, social-emotional support, and lifelong learning.In 2023, the campus was renamed to honor John and Kathy Schreiber for their generous support.With free open enrollment, vibrant outdoor spaces, and a diverse array of extra-curricular opportunities—including broadcasting, scholar podcasts, soccer, volleyball, tutoring, and Parent University workshops in English and Spanish—the school fosters a dynamic learning community where students grow academically and creatively.
