St. Charles North’s track and field team set a conference record in the 4x400 relay at 4:02 on a recent day. Senior Reagan Sipla, junior Ava Miedema, freshman Zoe Ulaszek and sophomore Reese Thomas all participated in the record-setting effort. Junior Tosin Oshin also won first in shot put with a personal best throw of 38 feet 5 inches. The team attributes these successes to a rigorous training schedule and the inspiration of the new coaching staff.
