Field School staff were recently honored with top state awards in the 2026 Those Who Excel Awards for their dedication and excellence. The school’s annual Holiday Sing brought together students and families in a musical celebration. Middle school musicians also wrapped up their annual tours, performing for, and inspiring, future students.

Ans. At Field School, students move through reading activities, group conversations and hands-on tasks that keep lessons moving from morning to afternoon.
Q2. How do students get practice with writing at Field?
Ans. Field School writing time may be journals, short responses, or creative assignments related to the books or weekly themes in the classroom.
Q3. What if students require academic support at Field School?
Ans. Field School teachers teach in smaller review groups, allowing students to review lessons and finish up any unfinished work at a comfortable pace.
Q4. What do students typically learn outside of regular instruction at Field School?
Ans. Field School students can engage in gardening projects, observing plants, tracking their growth, and working together during outdoor activities.
Q5. How do families connect with Field School?
Ans. Field School families may meet with teachers at scheduled progress conferences to discuss assignments, participation and classroom habits.
