The Safe School Program, through Project SAVE legislation, has developed a comprehensive safety plan that emphasizes violence prevention through collaboration with local law enforcement and the community. The district is now seeking public input on its Districtwide Safety Plan to enhance emergency response and de-escalation training. The program also emphasizes a student-centered approach with a goal of a community of belonging in which students feel safe and supported in their academic and personal growth.
