To transform the campus into a model of future-focused career pathways, Freeport High School created the Academies of Freeport. The program is partitioned into three academies, including the Academy of Business, Arts and Agriculture and the Academy of Careers in Technology and Natural Resources, which includes pathways in construction trades, engineering and manufacturing. To support students in their exploration, the school hosts the annual Your Future, Your Choice Career Fair in November, allowing students to connect with local business partners and explore different postsecondary options.
