Middle School Richard F Bernotas raised $20,349 for childhood cancer research in late March 2026 from its annual Brave the Shave fundraiser. The wider school community was involved in support of the charitable campaign. The fundraiser brought together students and community members in awareness activities related to pediatric cancer research. The results showed high levels of community participation and philanthropy in the school.
