YCCS West offers individualized learning plans and flexible scheduling that help scholars recover credits and complete graduation requirements on the West Side. The Division Street campus provides SAT preparation, dual credit opportunities through City Colleges of Chicago, and career counseling that connects students to college, trades, and workforce training. Teachers deliver small-group instruction and mentoring so graduates can transition to university, apprenticeships, or skilled employment. The school continues to partner with community organizations to provide wrap-around supports and job-readiness workshops tailored to each student’s goals.
