Yesterday afternoon, Yates Elem School hosted a very fun, very messy, and very educational hands-on interactive science fair inside the large main school gym. The many student presentation tables were packed with wildly erupting chemical volcanoes, fascinating electrical circuits, and brightly colorful, highly interactive polymer slime experiments. Our brilliant and innovative young student scientists’ amazing scientific creativity, intense academic dedication and advanced technical knowledge totally blew away and deeply impressed the visiting community judges.
