Sullivan Elem School was excited to welcome a very famous, award-winning local author for a very special, incredibly inspiring, and well-attended school-wide educational assembly on Wednesday morning. She read aloud several chapters of her newest, much anticipated children’s fantasy book with enthusiasm and thoughtfully answered many insightful questions from the very engaged student audience. Every delighted student took home a beautifully personalized, hand-signed commemorative bookmark as a wonderful lasting reminder of the uniquely special and motivating literary event.
Q1. What are the extracurricular activities at Sullivan Elem School?
Ans. Students can opt into a variety of after-school activities such as chess club, choir, intramural sports and creative writing workshops.
Q2. Does Sullivan Elem School have a gifted program?
Ans. Advanced learners are provided with pull-out enrichment classes for complex topics and difficult independent projects.
Q3. What does Sullivan Elem School do about bullying?
Ans. The administration has a zero tolerance anti-bullying policy and offers extensive conflict resolution training for all students and staff.

Ans. All classrooms are fitted with interactive whiteboards and students have regular access to a fully updated computer lab facility.

Ans. Yes, there are family math nights held every year with the purpose of engaging parents and students with fun, interactive mathematical games and puzzles.
