The Nixon Elem School varsity soccer team is proud to have won their highly competitive regional championship game Saturday afternoon after a difficult, challenging and hard-fought athletic season. The tough team played very hard against very tough opponents and scored the spectacular winning goal in the tense, nail-biting final minutes of the dramatic match. We are so proud of our dedicated student athletes for their outstanding sportsmanship, remarkable teamwork, and unwavering perseverance demonstrated brilliantly throughout the entire exciting and unforgettable championship tournament.
