Last Thursday evening, Monarcas Academy happily hosted a wonderfully engaging and interactive family reading night to actively promote childhood literacy and strengthen community bonding among our diverse student body. Dozens of excited families got comfy in the big school gym to read their all-time favorite classic stories together, lounging on soft, snuggly blankets under special ambient, dimmed lighting.
