Lloyd Elementary School recently celebrated student achievements in a hands-on S.T.E.M. showcase featuring biomimicry and robotics. Students also took part in a community-wide “Art of Shapes” project, which combined creative design with neighborhood engagement. The school continues to embrace the use of technology and data-informed instruction to ensure all scholars are prepared for college.
Q1. Can I volunteer to help in the computer lab at Lloyd Elem School?
Ans. For sure, the tech teacher honestly loves having parent volunteers come in on Thursday mornings to help out.
Q2. Do they have a dedicated lost and found for scarves at Lloyd Elem School?
Ans. Yeah, there is totally a huge bin right inside the main lobby that is always overflowing with winter scarves.
Q3. How do we sign up for the after-school coding club at Lloyd Elem School?
Ans. Honestly, just grab a flyer from the front desk and scan the QR code to register online quickly.
Q4. Are kids allowed to wear bandanas inside the building at Lloyd Elem School?
Ans. Nope, everyone honestly has to take off their bandanas as soon as they walk through the front doors.
Q5. Do they have a fun math bowl planned for the spring at Lloyd Elem School?
Ans. Yeah, the math teachers totally set up an amazing competition for everyone to enjoy in the main auditorium.
