Several students at Jose de Diego Community Academy were recently hospitalized in a chemical exposure incident in the West Town neighborhood. The school, which serves around 518 students, remains committed to academic growth in its PreK-8 programs while focusing on its transition toward becoming an International Baccalaureate candidate school. More recent reports also highlight the school’s efforts to align with the district’s five-year strategic plan, Success 2029: Together We Rise.
