Being Updated
The University of Chicago recently teamed up with Bret Harte Elementary School for its “DNA Days” learning programme where students participated in hands-on science lessons including genetics and DNA experiments. Students learned scientific concepts in a hands-on classroom environment working side-by-side with experts. The programme not only gave students a fun, hands-on way to learn about science, but also reinforced the school’s continued focus on math and science.
