The 2nd Annual Fine Arts Showcase was held at the Barbara A. Sizemore Academy in 2026 and included performances and creative displays that brought students, families and staff together for the day. Students displayed musical, African drum and dance and visual art projects they had worked on throughout the school year. The event gave students the opportunity to show their skills and to participate in activities outside their normal classroom learning. Families and community members came all day long, making the campus a busy, welcoming place. The showcase was also a reflection of the school’s continuing commitment to creativity, cultural learning and student participation through school-wide programs and events.
