Bloom High School hosted its varsity softball team’s 14-7 win over Joliet Central on April 11, 2026, with player Nayla Nardi earning Player of the Game honors for the Blazing Trojans. The 10th Street campus continues to offer SAT and ACT preparation, AP and dual credit courses, and the school will hold its Class of 2026 Commencement on May 24, 2026 at 11 a.m. Bloom’s volleyball team advanced to the IHSA playoffs in October 2025, and the Blazing Trojans football program plays on the revitalized Sarff Field with new blue turf installed through the QSCB grant partnership with the City of Chicago Heights.
