May 7, 2026 The Carlinville High School athletic program hit a milestone when the Cavaliers boys track and field team won the South Central Conference championship. Vandon Sproull, Austin Homer and Joel White led the program’s first conference title since 2022. The championship showed the depth and success the team had in several track and field events during the season.
