Edahow Elementary School is celebrating the successful start of its "Kindness Through Action Week," a school-wide program that aims to make the school a better place to be by building empathy and encouraging cooperation. One of the most memorable events was the "Kindness Parade." Students walked down the hallways with signs they made themselves that said things like "friendship," "respect," and "encouragement." The staff said that the mood was so good that they would always remember it.
