Willow Creek Elementary held a "Family Fitness & Fun Day" after school, where students, siblings, and parents could play games, walk challenges, and eat healthy snacks. The goal of the event was to get people moving and strengthen their ties to the community outside of school hours. A lot of families came, and the kids seemed to like the friendly, social atmosphere.
