Being Updated
The North Idaho College (NIC) men's basketball team recently visited Fernan STEM Academy and turned a regular school day into a celebration of sports and community spirit. The college players showed off their dunks and shooting drills, and then they worked directly with Fernan students. This gave fifth-grader Dauson Simmons and others a chance to shoot hoops, learn from real athletes, and hear inspiring lessons about staying active and healthy.
