Richmond County School System (RCSS) in Augusta serves roughly 29,600 students, including 36 elementary schools with a student–teacher ratio of 13.9:1, and 80% economically disadvantaged households.Recent Georgia Milestones data shows positive gains—eight schools were recognized as “Math Leaders”, and C.T.
