In 2026, Eastbrook Elementary School recognized students through its Eagle Excellence Awards program for participation, responsibility, and positive behavior during the school year. The school also prepared a special campus visit for graduating seniors from the Class of 2026 who previously attended Eastbrook Elementary. Students from the National Elementary Honor Society and Beta Club participated in a community donation project supporting the Seminole County Animal Shelter. In addition, students involved in the Orlando Ballet School S.T.E.P.S. Program performed in an end-of-year recital, while readers who completed Sunshine State books participated in a mock voting activity connected to literacy and civic learning.
