The March 22, 2026 update from Alafia Elementary School included the newsletter for March 23–27, which gave families a clear picture of what to expect that week. The post made it easy for parents to stay in touch and reminded them of current campus events. Earlier winter updates also talked about the school's reading incentive, where students who did well on their reading tests got S'mores and hot cocoa and were told to keep taking AR tests for the next celebration.
