Lakewood Elementary School has been working hard to improve early reading and math skills by giving targeted help in the classroom and teaching in small groups. The school is also getting students more involved by adding new enrichment activities and programs that get families more involved.

Ans. Yes, depending on the program's availability, students may be able to get care or supervision before school.
Q2: Can parents help out at the school?
Ans. Yes, parents can help out at school events and volunteer all year long.

Ans. Yes, breakfast and lunch are served during the school day.
Q4. Are there programs outside of school that help students learn more?
Ans. Yes, students can join clubs and do other activities that aren't part of their regular schoolwork.
Q5. Does the school help students grow by providing support services?
Ans. Yes, there are counseling and academic support services that can help students do well.
