Being Updated
As part of the district’s “Planning for Progress” initiative, students from the closing Cross Bayou Elementary campus were welcomed to Bardmoor Elementary School in 2026. The school was also the site of a regional AVID showcase of classroom strategies connected to college readiness and 21st-century learning skills. Bardmoor Elementary continued its Spanish Dual Language Immersion Program for elementary students and continued its Florida Power-Library School designation for its digital literacy and research programs. During the school year, students participated in classroom projects, positive behavior activities and school programs that emphasized teamwork, communication and daily participation in learning activities.
