According to Connecticut's 2025 Niche rankings, King's Highway Elementary School came in at number 10. Highlights include full participation in the Holiday Bear gift drive, recognition at the Area 9 Access Awards, and a celebration in Spanish class. In order to demonstrate the school's emphasis on education, creativity, community, and health, students also participated in wellness initiatives including yoga and nutrition classes.
