Q1. Does Driggs School have programs that help kids learn more after school?
Ans. Yes, Driggs has clubs and activities after school that help students do better in school and make friends. These include clubs that help with homework, arts and crafts, and STEM.
Q2. How does Driggs help kids grow up socially and emotionally?
Ans.The school has a structured SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) curriculum, peer mentoring, and counseling services to help students learn how to deal with their feelings and get along with others.
Q3. Do you have programs to help students who speak more than one language?
Ans. Yes, Driggs teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) and helps students who speak more than one language so they can fully understand what they are learning.
Q4. What can parents do to help their child learn at Driggs?
Ans. Parents can get involved by going to family nights, volunteering, parent-teacher conferences, and getting regular school newsletters and other ways to talk to each other.
Q5. Is it possible to go on field trips and learn by doing?
Ans. Yes, Driggs plans field trips to science centers, museums, and community sites. He also plans project-based learning to make schoolwork more fun and useful in the real world.
