The Lincoln-Bassett School and the Wexler-Grant School recently joined forces to create a larger PreK–8 campus. The leaders of the city welcomed the students, and the summer improvements, such as better air conditioning, were done. The merger's goals are to bring the two neighborhoods closer together, make better use of resources, and give students a more unified educational experience.
