Inland Leaders Charter School is at 12375 California Street. It serves 840 students in grades K–8. The student–teacher ratio is 22:1. 68% of students are good at math and 72% are good at reading. There are 51% female and 49% male in the school. The school environment focuses on safety and respect for everyone, even though the students come from different backgrounds. Teachers try to get along with all the families. The school encourages a culture of kindness in all grades. People use shared outdoor spaces to hang out with each other under supervision. There are rules in place to make sure everyone is treated with respect and included. Leadership workshops are part of the curriculum to help students build confidence and learn how to speak in front of groups. Community feedback says that teachers are very open to questions about how students are behaving and growing socially. Parents like that emails and phone calls are answered quickly. Inland Leaders Charter is still focused on its leadership-driven curriculum. Right now, students are working on mid-trimester projects that focus on community service. The school is getting ready for its spring tests and has asked parents to come to board meetings to talk about the budget for 2026–2027. The campus is also taking part in district-wide safety drills to make sure that all staff and students are ready for any emergency that might happen.
