Inland Leaders Charter is still focused on its leadership-driven curriculum. Right now, students are working on mid-trimester projects that focus on community service. The school is getting ready for its spring tests and has asked parents to come to board meetings to talk about the budget for 2026–2027. The campus is also taking part in district-wide safety drills to make sure that all staff and students are ready for any emergency that might happen.
