A lot of fun things are going on at Whittier Independent Study! The Whittier City School District is in charge of the school and has been working on a number of things to help students do well. There isn't much news about Whittier Independent Study, but the district has been working hard to make sure that its students have a safe and modern place to learn. The district's goals are to give students the best education and opportunities to grow.
Q1. How does Whittier Independent Study help students learn the basics of learning?
Ans. Whittier Independent Study's main goals are to help students fully understand lessons and build confidence in their academic abilities through clear instruction, consistent routines, and meaningful practice.
Q2. How does the school talk to families?
Ans. To help students do well and get involved, teachers and staff talk to families on a regular basis.
Q3. What does Whittier Independent Study do to get students to work hard?
Ans. Whittier Independent Study encourages continued growth by recognizing effort, improvement, and participation.
Q4. What else does the school do to help students grow besides schoolwork?
Ans. The school helps students grow socially by giving them structured activities that help them become more confident, responsible, and good friends with other students.

Ans. Whittier Independent Study has computers, tablets, and other interactive learning tools in the classroom.
