Being Updated
Carmela Elementary is very excited! The Whittier Union School District has said that it will modernize classrooms with things like audio/video projection systems, wireless internet access points, and LED interior lighting. This will help students at Carmela Elementary. The district is also working to improve the educational experience by adding new programs like girls flag football, cheerleading, and stunts, as well as strong academic programs. The district's first State of the District event, which celebrated student success and community partnerships, is a great example of this dedication to excellence.
