In February 2026, Madison Middle School crowned its first-ever Spelling Bee champion. The winner was 13-year-old Roxxy Del Mistro. She is getting ready to compete in the San Diego County regional competition for the school. This is the first time the school has held a spelling bee championship, and she has now moved on to the next level of competition.
