Being Updated
Washington Elementary is very excited! The school's Believe Projects literacy lab just opened. The ceremony was very touching, and it gave students a bright reading area with lots of different children's books. The goal of this program is to help kids in kindergarten through third grade read better. The City of Visalia is also working on the Washington Elementary Community Connectivity Project, which will make it safer and easier for kids to walk and ride their bikes to school.
