Veva Blunt Elementary wants to make sure that all of its students can reach their full potential, both academically and socially, in a safe and positive environment. The school stresses that staff should work together and that parents and the community should be involved to help students do well. The Visalia Unified School District includes Veva Blunt Elementary. For the 2025–2026 school year, all students who are enrolled will get free breakfast and lunch through the Community Eligibility Provision. The district is also working to improve educational opportunities through Career and Technical Education programs.
