For the 2025–26 school year, the Vallejo Charter School moved to its new Mare Island campus, which has newer buildings for students to use. The school's charter was just renewed for five more years, until 2031. This is because the school is stable and doing well in school. The state still thinks of it as a school that is doing okay and has a clear path to "excellence" in the next few years.
