Being Updated
In early 2025, the California Department of Education named Old Orchard Elementary a California Distinguished School. This award is only given to a few schools because their students do well in school and keep getting better. It also shows how hard the school works to help students get better and keep getting good results over time. Old Orchard teachers and students have worked hard to keep the classroom learning going. This award shows that the school is still working hard to keep a good academic environment.
