Citrus Elementary recently held a fun family night to celebrate how well the students were doing. There were STEM projects, classroom showcases, and arts and crafts activities. The school keeps making the environment supportive and collaborative, which helps students learn and get involved with their families and communities.
Q1. What kinds of activities are there outside of school at Citrus Elementary?
Ans. Citrus Elementary has clubs and activities for students, such as art, music, and sports programs that change with the seasons.
Q2. Does Citrus Elementary School offer services for kids with special needs?
Ans. Yes, the school has programs and help for students who have individualized education plans (IEPs).
Q3. Does Citrus Elementary have a library or media center?
Ans. Yes, there is a library at Citrus Elementary where students can read books, use digital resources, and take part in reading programs.
Q4. What languages can you learn as a second language?
Ans. There is not much exposure to foreign languages at the school, but some grades do teach Spanish.
Q5. Are there ways for parents and teachers to work together or volunteer?
Ans. Citrus Elementary School wants parents to be involved by having PTAs and classroom volunteer programs.
