Morongo Valley Elementary is currently in talks about possible school consolidations across the district because enrollment patterns are changing across the Morongo Basin. Even though these talks are going on, the school is still focused on helping students succeed and is actively enrolling new students for the 2025–2026 school year. The administration is also working with the Morongo Unified School District to put on a Back to School Resource Day, where families can get free backpacks and other school supplies.

Ans. The school utilizes a specialized curriculum to help students develop empathy, problem-solving skills, and positive relationship habits.
Q2. What is the rainy day schedule at Morongo Valley Elementary?
Ans. During rain, students remain in their classrooms for supervised quiet play, reading, or educational movies during recess.
Q3. Can parents eat lunch with their children at Morongo Valley Elementary?
Ans. Families may join their children for lunch at the outdoor tables after checking in at the front office.
Q4. Does Morongo Valley Elementary have a school-wide reading goal?
Ans. The campus participates in the district-wide reading challenge to encourage students to log minutes for various prizes.
Q5. What is the policy for student medications at Morongo Valley Elementary?
Ans. All medications must be kept in the health office with a physician’s note and original pharmacy labeling.
