Red Hawk Elementary is part of a district-wide effort that got national attention as a "2026 District of Distinction" for its creative graduation programs. The school is now holding "Future Ready" festivals to show off new programs and ways for students to get ahead. It also put in place a new structured writing framework that will be fully in place by the 2026–27 school year.

Ans. The school is a California Green Ribbon School because it cares about the health of the environment and energy efficiency.

Ans. The campus has a high-tech media center that is only used for testing and advanced digital media production projects.
Q3. How often does Red Hawk Elementary School practice safety drills?
Ans. Every month, the administration holds safety drills to make sure that all students are ready for fires, earthquakes, or security issues.
Q4. What kinds of field trips do Red Hawk Elementary students take in their area?
Ans. Students often go to the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve to learn about the area's ecosystems and how to protect the environment.
Q5. Does Red Hawk Elementary have a "Spirit Friday" tradition?
Ans. Every Friday, students are encouraged to wear their red and black school clothes to show their school spirit.
