Paloma Elementary put a lot of emphasis on the social and emotional health of its students and made sure that the lessons were interesting to them when the school year started in 2025–2026. The school was just added to the national "Lighthouse Academic Honor Roll" because of its strong leadership culture and academic progress. Principal Dana Steinert has said that she will work with new families and schools this year to make sure that every student reaches their full academic potential.
Q1. Are there any special learning areas at Paloma Elementary for creative tinkering?
Ans. The school library has a "Think Lab" maker space where students can work on creative projects using STEM materials.
Q2. What is the "Panther Press" at Paloma Elementary School?
Ans. The principal sends this official weekly digital newsletter to keep families up to date on what's going on at school.
Q3. What does Paloma Elementary do to teach its students how to care for the environment?
Ans. The "Green Team," which is made up of students, takes care of recycling and teaches their classmates how to save energy on campus.
Q4. Does Paloma Elementary hold any STEAM events every year?
Ans. Every year, the school puts on a STEAM Showcase to show off students' original inventions, science experiments, and creative works of art.
Q5. Is there a "Running Club" at Paloma Elementary during lunch?
Ans. The school has a morning and lunch run club where students can earn tokens for running miles on the track.
