Crowne Hill Elementary has a new goal for the 2025–2026 school year: to "Elevate Experiences, Opportunities, and Each Other" for the next generation of student leaders. The school is still putting safety first with its "Safe School Resources" and "Bike Safety" programs. It also gave out its school calendar for 2026–2027 early so that families could plan for their children's long-term academic success.
Q1. Have any state-wide environmental awards been given to Crowne Hill Elementary School recently?
Ans. The California Green Ribbon Schools Bronze level award for teaching about the environment and sustainability was given to the campus recently.
Q2. What kinds of after-school enrichment clubs are only at Crowne Hill Elementary?
Ans. The school has special extracurricular activities like Chess Masters, Comic Creators, and the Art Coop that help students develop their creative skills.
Q3. Does Crowne Hill Elementary have a program just for teaching kids how to be leaders?
Ans. The school uses the Leader in Me framework to teach the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to kids every day.
Q4. How does the Crowne Hill Elementary PTA help with the school's physical campus?
Ans. The PTA pays for and takes care of the community garden, where students learn about biology and sustainability outside.
Q5. What is the "Coyote Spirit" program at Crowne Hill Elementary School?
Ans. This program gives prizes to students who show great community spirit and smart ways to solve problems all year long.
