Fairwood Elementary is showing how much it cares about inclusive education after the district made a decision to protect the rights and safety of all families. The school recently updated its full safety plans to follow new state laws that will go into effect in early 2026. The community is also looking over the district's financial and bond audit reports for 2024–2025.

Ans. To encourage healthy eating, the school works with community groups to give organic farm boxes to families who qualify.
Q2. What is the "Fairwood Explorer" program?
Ans. It is a well-known model for parent involvement that promotes a lot of family participation in school activities every day.
Q3. Do kids at Fairwood Elementary get free lunch?
Ans. Yes, all meals for students are free. However, families are encouraged to fill out income applications for more school grants.
Q4. How does Fairwood Elementary make sure that its students are healthy?
Ans. The school includes wellness resources in its lessons, with an emphasis on healthy habits and good social skills for everyone.
Q5. Is there a library program at Fairwood Elementary?
Ans. The library has curated resources and materials for heritage month to help create a reading space that is welcoming to everyone and reflects different cultures.
