To help parents plan for regular and early dismissal days, Tweedy Elementary has posted its daily bell schedule for 2026. To get students more involved, the school is currently focusing on its "Every Day Counts" attendance campaign. The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) for the next fiscal year will be the main topic of upcoming community meetings.

Ans. Most Tuesdays are early dismissal days so that teachers can plan lessons and work together.

Ans. On Fridays, the school's parent group often sells spirit shirts to get kids excited about school.
Q3. What are Tweedy Elementary School's rules for doing homework?
Ans. Students get homework to help them remember what they learned in class. The amount of homework they get depends on their grade level and teacher.
Q4. Does Tweedy Elementary have a group that works on recycling or protecting the environment?
Ans. The school encourages students to be aware of the environment by having recycling programs on campus and student-led projects that focus on being environmentally friendly and taking care of the planet.
