Apple Blossom Elementary School will start using the Amplify CKLA and Boost Reading curriculum for grades K–5 in the 2025–2026 school year. The school is honoring Samantha Kim, who was just named the 2026 CAAPLE Elementary Teacher of the Year. Families are also getting ready for the Apple Blossom Festival and Parade in 2026, which will be based on the Wizard of Oz.
Q1. Is there an after-school program for students at Apple Blossom Elementary School?"
Ans. The Twin Hills Apple Blossom After School Program is on campus and provides supervised playtime and help with schoolwork.
Q2. How do you let Apple Blossom Elementary School know that a student isn't there?
Ans. Parents need to call the school office or send a note with their child when they get home by nine o'clock.
Q3. How does Apple Blossom Elementary School make sure that kids are safe during the morning drop-off?
Ans. Staff members watch the valet loop to make sure that students only get out of cars on the side of the road.
Q4: Does Apple Blossom Elementary School have any special programs for nature or gardening?
Ans. Students plant things in the school's outdoor garden and orchard at different times of the year. They also learn about the environment.
Q5. Does Apple Blossom Elementary School have a special festival for families in the community every year?
Ans. The school takes part in the Apple Blossom Festival in the area, which includes a parade of students and a number of local performances.
