Roseland Elementary highlighted for its 2025 student leadership program, which successfully launched a campus-wide anti-bullying peer advocate system.
Q1. What is the literacy goal for "Rocket" in 2025?
Ans. The "Blast Off into Books" campaign wants to get students to read twice as many books at home.
Q2. How is family engagement in 2025 being put first?
Ans. The school started "Saturday Academies," where parents and kids can learn coding and digital art together on campus.
Q3. What new wellness program will be available in 2025?
Ans. The "Healthy Rockets" program has daily yoga classes and a weekly fruit and vegetable tasting event in the cafeteria.
Q4. Will the school's computer lab get any upgrades in 2025?
Ans. The lab was replaced by a "Mobile Innovation Station" that brings high-end creative technology right into each classroom.
Q5: How does the 2025 curriculum honor the culture of students?
Ans. Students are working on a "Global Roots" project in which they make digital documentaries about their family histories and cultural traditions.
