Madrone Elementary achieved a 2025 academic milestone with its accelerated math track, allowing fifth graders to participate in middle-school level coursework.
Q1. How does the integrated arts program for 2025 improve core academics?
Ans. Every week, the program uses drama and music to teach history and literature, which helps students understand and get involved more.
Q2: What is the school's new mental health and wellness program for 2025?
Ans. Every classroom now has a "Mindful Mustang" program that gives out calm-down kits and checks on students' health every day.
Q3. Are there new chances for music students to perform in the community?
Ans. Advanced students play at local community events and the annual Santa Rosa Music Festival to represent the school.
Q4. What new technologies were put in place for the school year 2025?
Ans. The campus improved all of its Wi-Fi networks and put interactive smart panels in every classroom for teaching.
Q5: How can parents help choose books for the school library in 2025?
Ans. Every year, the PTA hosts a "Library Wishlist" event where parents buy books that the school needs.
