The Districtwide Facility Master Plan updates that were approved to improve the infrastructure of local schools in early 2025 are helping Pomeroy Elementary. In 2026, the school added new calming spaces to give students safe places to deal with their emotions. It is still known for its tough K–5 curriculum that gets kids ready for middle school.
