Foothill Elementary continues to benefit from the Goleta Education Foundation, which in late 2025 secured additional funding for the school's music and physical education programs.

Ans. Foothill Elementary says that seventy-two percent of its students can read well, which shows that they put a lot of emphasis on literacy and language arts instruction.
