The dual-language immersion program at Dover Elementary has grown, which will make the San Pablo community even more bilingual and culturally diverse. The school just started a new community garden project that lets students use what they've learned in science class to help with farming in the area. Teachers still want to teach all of their students well so they can make good decisions in life.
