Double Peak launched its new student registration for the 2026-2027 school year on February 2, 2026, for all grades from TK through 8th Double Peak School. The school’s fifth-grade team is currently piloting a new curriculum program aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards to enhance hands-on learning Double Peak School. Families are encouraged to review the updated parent/student handbook for new transportation services and safety protocols recently implemented on campus.
Q1. What makes the Double Peak K-8 model different for students?
Ans. The campus brings together students from elementary and middle school to encourage mentorship and a steady academic path through eighth grade.
Q2. Does Double Peak offer music or instrument lessons that are tailored to the needs of each student?
Ans. Students can use both traditional instruments and modern digital composition tools in a music program that focuses on innovation.
Q3. What does the "Double Peak" method of student leadership mean?
Ans. Middle school students can join the Associated Student Body to help plan events and speak for the younger grades.
Q4. Is there a maker space at Double Peak for students to use?
Ans. There is a special Innovation Lab at the school where students use coding software and 3D printers to make things.
Q5. Does Double Peak have sports teams that compete against other schools?
Ans. Middle school students can play in seasonal sports leagues against other K–8 schools in the same district.
